Hi, I’m Hamedine Ba, the heart behind HB86. I’ve worked as an SMT operator in electronics manufacturing and hold a Master’s in International Project Management and a Bachelor’s in Business and HR Management. I know what it’s like on the shop floor—and I know how to build systems that support the people who keep it running.

I started HB86 Management to bridge the gap between strategic HR and the realities of industrial work.
